Lycaeum is an education and interview preparation platform for machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, and quantitative fields. The Service provides structured courses, coding problems with automated grading, scratch pad environments, and related learning materials. Some features are available for free without an account, while others require a paid subscription.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to problems, solutions, explanations, course materials, test cases, design elements, and branding — is the property of Lycaeum and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in any content or materials.
The Service provides sandboxed environments for executing code. These environments are provided solely for the purpose of solving problems and experimenting within the platform. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to execution environments in cases of abuse or excessive usage. We are not responsible for any loss of code or data within these environments.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lycaeum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lycaeum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
